Welcome to the Brand New HomeSpace New Zealand Website and Blog. The Kiwi Home is a large part of many New Zealanders lives, not only do we use our home to live in, but many use their homes as a way of growing their wealth. We spend much of our time in and around our homes, so they have to be enjoyable spaces. HomeSpace NZ is all about enjoying our homes. 
We plan to use our website to discuss many things related to the New Zealand homes. Whether that be planning to buy an existing home or designing a new home. Currently New Zealand is in the middle of a major housing crisis, which makes buying or building a home increasingly more difficult and costly by the month, especially for first home buyers. So our website will go through what this means for people trying to buy in the middle of this crisis.
We should also note that we are also first home buyers ourselves, having never owned a home, so are also on the lookout for that first home that suits our needs, and for a price we are prepared to pay. So we will discuss our own personal experiences, including dealing with sellers real estate agents.
